WHOLESALE BASES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All of our bases and pedestals are custom built to order.
  • Any variations from the standards must be discussed before we begin construction, otherwise all bases and pedestals are built according to the written standards that you received in your started packet.
  • We give all of our clients their choice of payment methods. (1) 50% deposit at the time of order with balance due 7 days after delivery, OR (2) payment in full at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to make reasonable changes and/or substitutions in order to complete your order. We will not make any changes without prior approval from your studio’s designated contact. 
  • We strive to complete all orders in thirty to forty five days from the time your deposit is received. This diminishes your lead time and saves you valuable storage space. 
  • We will contact you as soon as your order is complete to make shipping or delivery arrangements. We can ship smaller bases via UPS or USPS, deliver large bases or large orders for a reasonable fee within 150 miles of Victoria, TX, or meet a representative from your studio for delivery. 
  • If the outstanding balance has not been paid within 7 days, you will be charged a 5% per week finance charge.
  • If the outstanding balance has not been paid within 30 days, your account will be turned over to a collection agency and you will be responsible for any charges that accrue.  
  • Rush orders will be accepted for an additional 50% of calculated price and must be prepaid in full. Rush orders are filled within seven to ten days.
  • This contract applies to all work orders dated on or after the date shown below.
