TAXIDERMY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer or authorized designee
certifies that all specimens were legally taken under the appropriate laws
of the State, Province or Country in which taken.

A minimum deposit of 50% is required
at time mount is received. Deposits are non-refundable and considered handling,
shop, prep, and storage fees.

Any animal in our possession without
a deposit after 60 days becomes the property of KC Designs and may be sold,
mounted or disposed of without notification or compensation to the customer.

ALL TANNING IS DONE AT OWNER’S
RISK. We are not responsible for loss or damage in tanning or transit.
We are not responsible for losses due to fire, theft, vandalism, natural
disasters or mechanical failures.

We reserve the right to make reasonable
changes and/or substitutions in order to complete your mount. If this results
in additional charges, we will notify you prior to making any changes.

A notice will be mailed to you
10 days prior to the estimated completion of your mount.

A pickup slip with the balance
due will be mailed to you the day that your mount is completed.

Upon completion - the full balance
is due and mount must be picked up within 30 days.

If the balance has not been paid
after 30 days, you will be charged $5 per week, per mount, storage unless
prior arrangements have been made.

After 90 days, your mount will
be placed for sale for the balance of charges due. No mount leaves until
all charges are paid in full.

Rush orders will be accepted for
an additional 50% of list price and must be prepaid in full.

You will be responsible for charges
for any services rendered if you pick up your mount before it is completed.

Please note that you have not been
promised a completion date. Any completion date you may have been given
is approximate. All mounts will be completed within one year, with most
being completed within six months.

This contract applies to all work
orders dated on or after the date shown below.
